Instructor: James Jones, Certified Master Residential and Commercial Inspector James Jones is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector and owner of Home Inspections LLC.  He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.  His unique background has provided him with a comprehensive and well-rounded perspective on all aspects of the construction process, from building best practices to the latest in inspection standards.  Over the decades, he has earned a reputation throughout Ohio as a thorough and trustworthy inspector with a commitment to excellence.  As an instructor, he will share his wealth of knowledge and answer all your questions. 

Credit: This program is certified for 2 hours of CE credit. Per ODRE requirements, you must be present 90% of the program to receive credit. Attendees must join with video and stay within view during the program in order to receive CE, as active participation will be monitored.
